Influencers of Workforce Outcomes
Through advanced statistical analysis, survey data will be further analyzed to determine influencers of successful workforce outcomes for Indigenous women.
Interviews with Indigenous Women
Ten Indigenous women in the workforce will be interviewed to gather stories and insight on workplace experiences.
Concurrent Enrollment and Top Earners
State government data will be used to examine the relationship of taking concurrent enrollment courses in high school and becoming a top earner for Native Americans.
